My zest for life led me down the path of marathon and road racing, eventually extending into triathlons where I proudly represented GB Age-Group. I challenged myself further with longer half-ironman distances, complemented by cross-fit training. Exploring new avenues, I delved into boxing and even ventured to Thailand to experience traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing firsthand.

Drawing from these diverse experiences, I’ve urged my clients to step out of their comfort zones, confront their insecurities, and expand their horizons. Witnessing their growth and newfound confidence has been immensely rewarding — I couldn’t be happier for them.
